How can I make a payment?
Etsy offers payment via PayPal to my country. Please use your PayPal account or simply use your banking cards via PayPal Guest Payment mode, Please note, in Guest mode no bank information is saved by PayPal and it’s completely secure.
Click on 'pay with PayPal' and it will take you from Etsy to the PayPal interface where you can 'checkout as guests' on PayPal. It doesn't require you to have a PayPal account.
How can I download my purchase?
Please go to ‘my purchases’ on the top right of the browser using a laptop. Click on the item and save files to your desktop. If you’re using a mobile device, you’ll need to download files via email that is sent by Etsy.
How do I cancel my purchase?
Due to the nature of the item, Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once it is downloaded. But please message me if you have any problem with your purchase. I will be happy to solve it.
Do you offer custom prints?
Yes, I do offer custom prints. We love to create something unique for you, just a ping away!
Can I resell the digital files?
Freshnfloral restricts selling digital files as it is under the Copyright Act. You are free to use the files for personal projects.
Can I use the digital files for client projects?
Absolutely! However, the digital files are not to be shared in the original format.
How can I get rights to sell the Digital printables?
Freshnfloral only provides the rights to sell printed copies (hard copies) of the printable file after you purchase the appropriate license as mentioned in the ‘Licences & Add-on’ Section
Where can I get quality prints for my digital stationery?
- You can print the stationery at home.
- If you can't print using your home printer, for US customers I recommend Staples, Rymans, Office Depot/Office Max, FedEx, and UPS for fast on-the-spot printing.
- For online printing services, I recommend Vistaprint, Moo, Snapfish, and Shutterfly.
How to fine-tune printer settings to get better prints?
- Colors may vary due to your monitor settings or printer. I have absolutely no complaints about the color quality of this product.
- Use high-quality inks and Professional printers if you're going to use this for a special occasion. For regular use, a normal print would be great.
What are some cool ways to use digital stationery?
1. These can be your DIY bridal shower games sheet or baby shower advice card. It can be used to write beautiful letters to your bridesmaids.
2. Aesthetic office stationery or school stationery
3. Make a quick and beautiful planner or simply jot some gratitude journal.
4. These beautiful prints will make you wanna write more and craft a hobby like a calligraphy on these sheets.
5. You can create beautiful home signs for every room with this design selection. Just print and write your favorite quotes.
